The Alliant Family of Schools
Alliant offers students a choice of five schools leading to degrees in the professions of psychology, forensic studies, education, business and the law and operating across seven California campuses (Fresno, Irvine, Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Diego, and two in San Francisco) and internationally in Mexico City with additional programs in Tokyo and Hong Kong.
While all the schools within the Alliant family are distinctive, Alliant’s schools are united by a common commitment to "professional practice". Two key components for training students to successfully enter professional practice are:
- We prepare students for independent, knowledge-based careers of service and leadership in a variety of fields in which their future success depends upon the mastery of a specialized body of knowledge and skills. Many of our programs prepare students for formal licensure in a recognized field of professional practice.
- We emphasize the practical application of knowledge, and our approach to education incorporates theory and practice. In most of our programs, students learn in the field as well as in the classroom.
